Instructions
- Preheat over to 425°F.
- To allow room for the egg, scoop out an additional tablespoon or two from the center of each avocado half.
- Place avocado on a small packing dish lined with parchment paper and crack an egg into each half.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until egg whites have set and yolk is still runny.
- Remove from oven and add salt and pepper.
