Ingredients
- 1/4cup almond flour
- 1/4cup oat flour
- 1/2cup coconut palm sugar
- 1/4teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- 1/2teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/2cup gluten-free oats
- 1/4cup unsalted buttermelted (from grass-fed cows)
- 2tablespoons almond milk
- 2tablespoons agave nectar
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
Servings: dozen (approximately)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375° F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, oat flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and oats.
- In a large bowl, whisk or use a mixer to combine the butter, agave nectar, and vanilla until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
