14-Day Healthy You! Challenge—Lose weight Before the Holidays!
Give me just two weeks and I’ll help you lose weight the quick and healthy way before the holidays! The average person will gain 5 to 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas as the holidays are often a time of stepping away from your normal routine. The Healthy You! program is divided into two one-week segments—the Elimination Phase and the Clean Phase. Each phase includes detailed and easy-to-follow meal plans and accompanying recipes. I designed the two weeks to help you reevaluate your food choices and get you started on a cleaner, healthier diet.
