Ingredients
- 1cup unsweetened plain almond milk
- 1cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4cup chia seeds
- 2tablespoons honey(or agave nectar)
- 1cup fresh blueberries(or raspberries, or strawberries)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the chia seeds and water and set aside for 15 minutes to form a gel.
- In a medium bowl combine almond milk, yogurt and honey. Whisk until mixed well.
- Add reserved chia mixture to yogurt mixture, mix and let stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat, divide chia mixture into two glass jars or small bowls, top with fresh blueberries and serve.
