- 1/4cup almond milk
- 1tbsp honey(or maple syrup)
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2cup blueberries
- 1/4cup dried apricots
- 1tsp flax seeds

- In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, milk, honey, and chia seeds. Place in refrigerator overnight.
