- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash and dry the kale.
- Remove the rib and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Toss kale in olive oil and place on a baking/cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Check the kale often to ensure the leaves don’t burn. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
