Ingredients
- 1cup strawberriessliced
- 1 plumsliced
- 1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2cups plain yogurt
- 1/2teaspoon vanilla
- 1teaspoon honey
- 1 mint leafchiffonade

Instructions
- In a medium bowl with lid combine strawberries, plum and balsamic vinegar. Let sit at room temperature for 15 – 20 minutes.
- In a medium bowl combine yogurt, vanilla and honey.
- Divide yogurt between two plates, spoon on compote and top with mint.
