- 1/2cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4cup coconut palm sugar
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- 2tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4cup dairy-free chocolate chips

- Combine coconut milk, sugar, bananas, and vanilla in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a glass or stainless container. Fold in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Freeze overnight.
