- In a medium saucepan combine water, oats, apples and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and cinnamon.
- Divide oatmeal into two bowls, sprinkle with remaining pecans and drizzle with honey.
