Runner’s Weight Loss Challenge

Are you a runner struggling to lose weight? Weight loss is the most common reason people run; but often times, running isn’t enough to reach your weight loss goals. The Runner’s Weight Loss Challenge is a quick, simple way to shed those unwanted pounds.

If you are a runner who wants to lose weight, join me for the online Runner’s Weight Loss Challenge. The challenge is 14 days (June 9 – 22) and will be conducted entirely online through a Facebook event. I will personally guide you step-by-step through the 14-day program including full meal plans (and recipes) and training plans for each day. I will be available to answer questions and provide you with encouragement and motivation to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

The diet (consisting of recipes made with wholesome, nutritious, clean foods) on the Runner’s Weight Loss Challenge is proven! Thousands of women (runners and non-runners) have had tremendous success and felt amazing during and after the 14-day program. In fact, most lost an average of 6 to 14 pounds in the 14 days!
